Her criminal practice spans both prosecution and defence. Known for her tenacity, meticulous preparation and exceptional client care, she is frequently instructed in serious and white-collar crime. As a led junior, she has defended in murder and drugs conspiracy trials, and acted for James Stunt in one of the UK’s largest money laundering cases. Acting alone, she regularly defends allegations of serious sexual offences, violence and drugs, and as a Grade 3 CPS prosecutor, she is often instructed in complex or sensitive matters. She also acts for HMRC in criminal and tax proceedings and in private prosecutions.
