Alexander Troeltzsch Larsen has advised Danish and foreign companies in real estate matters for a number of years. Clients include developers, pension funds, and investors.

Alexander has extensive experience with all aspects of real estate project development, including buying and selling development properties and projects (inter alia as forward purchase or forward funding), rental law, planning law and construction law as well as structuring and completion of project sales.

Moreover, Alexander advises on M&A real estate transactions concerning commercial and investment properties, for instance residential, office and retail properties and shopping centres.

Alexander also has vast experience drafting and negotiatiating commercial lease agreements.
