Alex's litigation experience is broad and includes representing companies and individuals in securities class actions, derivative litigation, merger strike suits, insurance, construction, and real estate litigation. His professional liability litigation experience includes the representation of national and regional law firms in claims involving malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract in particular. Alex served as the Nevada offices' Administrative Partner from 2015-2022, and previously was the litigation practice group leader and loss prevention partner for the firm’s Nevada offices.
