He has experience in issues related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, HIPAA, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, employee background checks, drug testing, employer protection of intellectual property, e-discovery and other employment-related privacy issues. He has litigation experience in federal and state judicial and administrative forums, and class action litigation. Joe has first-chaired cases to favorable verdicts in federal and state juries.
