Lars O Lagerman

Lars Lagerman is a real estate attorney with experience spanning from the acquisition, development and construction of single-family residential subdivisions, shopping centers, hotels and office buildings to the negotiation and documentation of major credit facilities for master-planned communities and golf courses. Along with his wide-ranging deal experience, Lars routinely works with lenders on real estate loan workouts and foreclosures, receiverships and guarantee enforcement.

With a practice that reaches locally and internationally, Lars is routinely involved in public land issues before the Arizona State Land Department and often represents clients in complex cross-border deals. His intimate knowledge of Arizona's real estate industry allows him to act as local counsel for a number of national firms when their transactions have an Arizona connection. In addition to his work in Arizona, Lars also works extensively with clients on projects in California.
