Alessandra Pala

Alessandra is a capital markets lawyer who helps Italian and foreign clients with various types of securities offerings and financings. She has expertise in bond issues, including convertible and exchangeable bonds, as well as EMTN and ECP programmes and liability management transactions. She also advises on leveraged and acquisition finance (in the context of private financing or high yield bonds), working with banks, private equity firms and debt funds on cross-border and domestic deals.

In addition, she assists on insurance matters and securities regulation issues, such as the Prospectus Directive, the Transparency Directive and the Market Abuse Regulation. She has a strong relationship with the Italian regulators and stock exchanges, with whom she deals with regularly.
