Alessandra has gained extensive experience advising Italian and foreign investment banks and corporate entities on various types of capital markets transactions, including EMTN and ECP Programmes, standalone bond issues (including convertible bonds), private placements, liability management transactions, structured finance products and deals (including covered bonds and securitisations).

Alessandra has also gained experience in the equity market and in a wide range of securities regulation matters, including Prospectus Directive, Transparency Directive and Market Abuse Regulation, providing constant regulatory advice to banks, corporate entities and financial intermediaries, both Italian and foreign. She liaises on a daily basis with the Italian regulatory authorities and stock exchanges establishing a sound net of contacts with them.
