Career

Aldo Calza has founded aldocalza - employment and labor law firm since March 2019.

Prior to founding his last firm, Aldo Calza founded the Italian Office of a multinational firm where he has been Co-Chair Worldwide Employment Team and Head of the European and Italian Employment Team.

He previously had also been a founding member and managing partner of hELP - the employment and labor law firm, as well as the head of the employment department of a multinational firm and, since the beginning of his career and for ten years, he founded and managed his own employment boutique firm.
