Marco Maniscalco, partner, specialises in employment law, providing in and out-of-court assistance concerning the hiring, management and termination of employment relationships, industrial relations and trade-union matters, business transfers (including cross-border transactions), agency contracts. He assists Italian and foreign production and service companies in relation to setting up Italian branches, outsourcing and unfair competition. He is leader of the Sports Law Focus Team and member of the Luxury Focus Team.
