Matteo Fusillo specialises in employment law and industrial relations. He focuses on transfers of undertakings, layoffs, general labour-related issues connected to reorganization as well as restructuring processes within companies, immigration issues, employee benefits and stock option plans and special agreements with managers.
Matteo graduated “cum laude” from Rome University in 1980. He later studied Advanced English Business Law at the City of London Polytechnic Summer Law School in 1989.
He is a member of the Italian Bar, and is qualified with rights of audience before the Corte di Cassazione (the Italian Supreme Court).
