Marco Lanzani

Marco Lanzani combines his specialization in labor law with a solid experience in corporate law, particularly focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate transformations.

He assists Italian and international clients in personnel organization, business transfers, outsourcing, and in planning and implementing reorganization and personnel reduction processes, providing support in industrial and labor relations and in all matters related to personnel management.

Marco has developed a particular and significant knowledge of organizational and production processes in the industries of manufacturing, tourism, and logistics.

He graduated from the University of Milan and has been registered with the Bar Association since 2001.

Before joining Ughi e Nunziante, Marco gained over 16 years of experience as a partner in international law firms, leading the labour and employment law group.
