He advises on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including securities offerings registered in the United States, global initial public offerings by Japanese issuers and other international corporate finance transactions. Mr. Cannon is also experienced in cross-border M&A transactions. Representative engagements include capital markets transactions for issuers such as ARUHI Corporation, Asahi Group Holdings, Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Japan Airlines, Nissan Motor Corporation, PHC Holdings, Suntory Holdings, Seven & i Holdings and The Norinchukin Bank, and the underwriters of offerings by freee K.K., LINE Corporation, Japan Post, Komatsu, MUFG, Nomura Holdings, Panasonic, SMFG and Takeda Pharmaceutical.
