Transactions include: global equity offerings by Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd., Rakuten Bank, Daiei Kankyo, Skymark, Socionext, JR West, Nissin Foods, Open House, Net Protections, Forum Engineering, Roland, Mercari, Renesas, Macromill, Idemitsu, JR Kyushu, Recruit, Rakuten, SUMCO, Skylark, Seibu Holdings, Hulic, Dexerials, Mitsui Fudosan, Daiwa House, ANA and Mizuho Financial Group; senior and subordinated debt offerings by various Japanese issuers; and Mizuho Financial Group's NYSE listing. Also advises various M&A clients, including ANA’s acquisition of PanAm Holdings.
