Agnieszka Gilowska is a counsel in the Public Contracts team at the Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland.

She specialises in public procurement law, with particular emphasis on contract services in the rail and road transport, energy, defence and healthcare sectors.

She has over 13 years of experience gained in a renowned international law firm, representing clients in major infrastructure tenders. For over a decade, she worked for a leading manufacturer of rolling stock, representing it in the largest tenders in Poland.

She provides comprehensive support to clients at all stages of public procurement proceedings – from advice on tender strategy, through the preparation of complete documentation, representation in appeal and court proceedings, to advice on contract implementation.
