Counsel, English-qualified solicitor with extensive experience primarily in Poland and the CEE region. He advises financial institutions and corporations on a broad range of transactions, including acquisition finance, trade finance, real estate finance and project finance. Experience includes advising: a US private equity firm on the financing for the acquisition of a Polish radio and TV broadcast infrastructure operator; the mandated lead arrangers on a €2bn multicurrency revolving credit facility for a major Polish oil refiner; and a multilateral financial institution on a pre-export credit facility for a leading Ukrainian agribusiness company.
