Practice Areas
Adam is a Partner in the Firm’s global restructuring group heading the London based team. He specialises in advising sponsors, corporates and their directors as well as credit funds and banks lenders plus pension funds and other stakeholders in complex international restructuring situations. He has been involved in a number of the market’s leading and award winning restructurings. Adam has also been recognised by the Institute for Turnaround as 'Legal Adviser of the Year' and named a 'leading restructuring partner' by The Lawyer's Hot 100.
Career
Adam joined Simpson Thacher in 2021. Previously, he was with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP for over 20 years, where he became Partner in 2007.
Professional Memberships
Adam is a qualified U.S. attorney, having been admitted to the New York Bar in 2000. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1998. He is a member of the International Insolvency Institute, the Institute for Turnaround, R3 and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
