Advice on mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, liquidations, transfers, spin-offs, legal and compliance audits, privatisations, and joint ventures; advice on agreements and corporate actions; advice to local and foreign investors on their investment activities in Mexico, including advice to venture capital and private equity funds on both their fundraising and investment activities.


Corporate & Project Finance:

Advice on vendor and supplier financing, infrastructure projects and project finance, PPP legislation and financing, work outs and debt restructuring transactions, restructure of stock exchange listed bonds, and capital and debt placements.


Capital Markets:

Our team of specialists has represented issuers, broker-dealers, and local and international investment banks in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities by Mexican issuers or international issuers with a Mexican subsidiary. Our practice covers offerings of debt, equity and structured instruments, including offerings of asset-backed certificates, CKDs, CERPIs, FIBRAS-E, and real estate FIBRAs.
