Environment, Energy & Resources: 

The group advises on regulatory and legislative advocacy, project permitting, compliance counselling, due diligence, litigation and enforcement defence. It covers every area of environmental and energy law, from pollution control and hazardous substances, to conventional and renewable energy, extractive industries and wildlife conservation.

Finance:  

The firm represents debtors, borrowers, creditors, lenders, committees, trustees, receivers and asset purchasers in bankruptcy and workout transactions, as well as federally insured financial institutions, CMBS special servicers and pension fund administrators in all types of debt financings.

Insurance Recovery:

The firm’s insurance attorneys have a record of success in enforcing policyholders’ rights to coverage under almost every type of commercial insurance policy for a wide spectrum of losses and liabilities.

Intellectual Property:  

The firm’s IP practice includes 200+ lawyers focused on IP litigation, patent and trademark procurement, post-grant procedures, technology licensing, copyrights and unfair competition counselling.
