Kean Miller’s labor and employment team has more than 150 years of combined experience in labor and employment law. The labor team has represented some of the world’s largest corporations as well as successful local businesses. The firm performs three main labor and employment services for clients: (1) preventive counseling and training, and assistance in drafting and revising employment policies, handbooks, and procedures; (2) defense of lawsuits and administrative proceedings; (3) assistance in labor management (union) relations.
Kean Miller represents many of Louisiana’s most prominent and successful companies in the acquisition of real estate, raw land for petrochemical and refining plant sites, and commercial property.
