Labor and Employment
Mr. Hardin represents and advises employers on a variety of issues including handbooks, contracts, and day-to-day issues, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, wrongful termination claims, discrimination and harassment claims, and issues involving wage payment, drug testing, and employee leave. Ed also represents management on labor relations issues including union representation of employees, representation elections, arbitration of union grievances, unfair labor practice charges, and negotiates collective bargaining agreements with unions.
