• Microsoft – on the acquisition and development of brownfield sites for redevelopment for data centres under a range of delivery models, with ongoing involvement in the permitting development and delivery of those sites.
• EQT – on its acquisition of VetPartners, the leading provider of veterinary and animal health services in Australia and New Zealand.
• Potentia Capital – on its take-private acquisition of Nitro Software and divestment of Micromine.
• Insight Partners – on its investments in Employment Hero, SafetyCulture, Linktree, EQL Launches, Devicie, Octopus Deploy and Relevance AI.
• Google – in a landmark High Court win in Deftros v Google, a long-fought and significant battle in a defamation claim concerning search engine results.
• Arafura Rare Earths – on its capital raisings to fund the Nolan’s Project; and on its convertible note facility with the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation.
• BDO Advisory as the provisional liquidators of Crown Group – on asset realisations, court applications enabling business trading during provisional liquidation, secured creditor enforcement and ongoing advice.
• Epic Energy – assistance with negotiation of arrangements with the South Australian Government for construction, operation and provision of services for a hydrogen storage pipeline.
