Ruveni has particular expertise in workplace behaviour issues including sexual harassment, bullying and unlawful discrimination as well as in post-employment restraint of trade cases.

She has a 100% success record in litigation that she has managed that proceeded to final hearing and those that did not proceed to hearing have resolved favourably for the client prior to trial.

Ruveni also works closely with leading private equity and venture capital clients on critical executive issues and large scale restructures, downsizing and outsourcing.

She regularly assists multinational corporations and international law firms on cross border employment law issues, including commencement of operations and employment in Australia, executive compensation and benefits, regulatory compliance requirements, international disputes and strategic issues arising out of international M&A transactions.
