  • Gross judgment in excess of $128 million on behalf of eight members of the Burley Tobacco Growers Cooperative Association (BTGCA) — successfully arguing to establish a common fund for the benefit of 198,000 BTGCA members
  • Obtained the vacatur of an order of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) that required LG&E and KU Energy to pay transmission charges incurred by a municipal utility for delivery of electricity over the Midwest Independent System Operator (MISO), a regional electricity transmission grid.
  • Received unanimous defense verdict for Terex in Hamilton County Superior Court (Noblesville, IN) aerial bucket product liability quadriplegia case
  • Complex prosecution on behalf of Intelligrated to obtain allowance of U.S. Patent 7,549,527 — covering important advances in sortation technology that will greatly improve the speed at which package sorters can operate
