■Successfully defended Nascar® in an antitrust case relating to its refusal to award Kentucky Speedway an event in Nascar’s most popular series, the Sprint Cup Series
■Received unanimous defense verdict for Terex in Hamilton County Superior Court (Noblesville, IN) aerial bucket product liability quadriplegia case
■Complex prosecution on behalf of Intelligrated to obtain allowance of US Patent 7,549,527 — covering important advances in sortation technology that will greatly improve the speed at which package sorters can operate
