Business:
The business group handles a full range of corporate, commercial, corporate finance and securities matters, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax planning and financing, multi-state financings, venture capital and private placements, and international trade. Attorneys in the firm are approved ‘Red Book’ bond counsel and have extensive experience in public utility law, franchising, executive compensation, and bankruptcy, as well as other areas of corporate and business law. The firm also has extensive experience in the area of low-income housing tax credits, representing both lenders and developers in these matters.

Labor & Employment:
The employment group is a team of attorneys and highly skilled consultants who counsel private and public employers on the full range of employment issues and manage employment-related risks. The practice includes substantial litigation in federal and state courts and representation before federal and state agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, state-level Labor Relations Boards, Human Rights Commissions, and other administrative bodies.
