Our Practice Group is one of the largest in Colombia.  It is formed by lawyers with local and international extensive experience, several of them simultaneously admitted for the practice of law in Colombia and in the State of New York.

We represent our clients in M&A transactions, both on the sellers' and buyer's side, on public or private targets, through negotiated or hostile processes. We also advise on the structuring and negotiation of strategic alliances between investors.

We offer accompaniment throughout all matters related to the corporate work of companies and support businesses in their legal constitution, and in processes of consolidations, divisions, and liquidations, as well as in issues of insolvency and restructuring.

We provide advice to foreign and local investors and Colombian companies on their obligations under the Colombian foreign exchange regime and on corporate governance and compliance matters.  We negotiate and draft all types of contracts in all areas of commercial law, considering the regulatory aspects of specific industries.</p><p>Finally, we advise boards and managers on assertive strategic issues decision-making.
