Our Banking & Finance practice advises international and local lenders and borrowers in the structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution of financing transactions of all kinds. We also focus on regulatory, compliance, and risk management matters for financial institutions.
The team provides advice to financial intermediaries regarding representation before Mexican financial regulatory authorities. Our practice group is frequently involved in M&A transactions in the financial services industry, and can offer unique capabilities in contentious matters and regulatory risk management. We work closely with our Competition practice in regulatory matters related to antitrust investigations in the financial industry.

• Real estate financing: financing for all asset clases (commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality properties in recourse, non-recourse and cross-collateralized structures).
