Financial Restructuring: Directs on reorganisations, including in court and out-of court debt restructurings, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, and distressed asset mergers and acquisitions.

Global Disputes:
Wide-ranging experience and expertise in all areas of dispute resolution, including all forms of court litigation, international arbitration, ADR, corporate governance, general contract and risk management advice, as well as investigations.

Government Investigations:
Represents corporations and individuals in complex federal and state criminal investigations, internal investigations and congressional investigations.

Healthcare:

Private Equity & Investment Funds:
Extensive experience in fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, Islamic finance, securities offerings, tax and restructuring.

Projects:
Extensive experience representing a range of sponsors, developers, lenders, governments and contractors on project and sponsor financed international energy and infrastructure projects and disputes. The team focuses on both contentious and noncontentious matters, predominantly in emerging markets and is currently active in the Middle East, Africa, Russia and the CIS.

Real Estate:
Represents clients with respect to the complete range of commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes. The firm has substantial teams of real estate expert lawyers in its core European offices based in London, Paris, Frankfurt and Moscow.
