Tony Lu has practiced law for over 20 years as licensed lawyer. He joined Shanghai Hansheng Law Offices as senior partner in 2020. Tony once worked as partner for several large Shanghai law firms including Allbright Law Offices, Deheng Shanghai Law Office, and as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company.

Tony supports foreign and foreign-invested companies in both corporate and dispute resolution. His main practice areas and industries are FDI, commercial litigation & arbitration, criminal, employment, direct selling, and E-commerce.

Tony has represented several Fortune 500 companies and their Chinese subsidiaries to deal with all kinds of legal matters in China. Clients include multinationals in direct selling, healthcare, automotive, general manufacturing, and other industries.
