Andy Luo acquired his master degrees from Fudan University/Washington University, and East China University of Political Science and Law, respectively. He is appointed as a board member of Shanghai Association on Rule of Law("SARL"), a researcher with the Business Compliance Center under SARL, and a co-supervisor for law students from Shanghai Mari-time University, East China University of Science and Technology, and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
