Currently serves as Convener of the Executive Committee, Managing Partner, Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee, and Deputy Director of the Criminal Professional Committee of Shanghai Hansheng Law Firm; holds the title of Second-Class Senior Lawyer.

Has been engaged in foreign-related intellectual property legal services for more than 15 years, successively practicing in Beijing Dacheng (Shanghai) Law Firm and Shanghai Hansheng Law Firm.

Led the team to handle hundreds of major domestic and foreign intellectual property civil, criminal and administrative litigation cases, with clients including Fortune 500 companies and well-known domestic listed companies (such as NIKE, CONVERSE, UNILEVER, SCHNEIDER, VALEO, SC JOHNSON, BOSCH, STIHL, MANN, HELLA, OSRAM, REXROTH, DOWCORNING, ENERGIZER, PILSA, COMMSCOPE, PUMA, WEICHAI, SHUNFENG, etc.).

Many of the hosted cases were heard in the Supreme People's Court as major and complex cases, and the agent cases have been repeatedly selected into the Top 10 Annual Typical Intellectual Property Cases of Higher People's Courts in various regions and the Top 10 Annual Cases of the Quality Brand Protection Committee of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment.

The technical secret case hosted on behalf of international intellectual property rights holders was reported by the authoritative media People's Daily, helping rights holders recover hundreds of millions of yuan in economic losses.

Member of the research group of the Supreme People's Procuratorate's project "Legislative Mechanism and Practical Research on the Connection of Criminal and Civil Intellectual Property".
