Young-Ku Lee

Mr. Young-Ku LEE is a managing partner at D&A. His practice is primarily focused on Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency & Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Commercial Matters.

Mr. Lee is a highly regarded lawyer in the restructuring and insolvency practice. He brings more than two decades of experience serving as a chief judge in bankruptcy matters to complex restructuring and insolvency cases.

Following his retirement from bench, Mr. Lee served as President of the Korea Insolvency Law Association from 2012 to 2015 and as a member of the Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Committee of the Supreme Court from 2013 to 2016. He has currently served as an advisor to the Korea Insolvency Law Association since 2015 and as a member of the conciliation committee at the Seoul Bankruptcy Court.
