Ms. Jeong Ran LEE is a managing partner at D&A LLC. Her practice is primarily focused on Antitrust & Competition, Corporate, Administrative Procedure & Litigation, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.

Ms. Lee advised on domestic and foreign cartel cases, abuse of market dominance, and general unfair trade practices, and worked on deliberations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission and handled legal representation. In addition, she dealt with a number of cases regarding violations of the Fair Transactions In Franchise Business Act, the Act On Fair Transactions In Large Retail Business, the Fair Agency Transactions Act, the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, and the Fair Transactions In Subcontracting Act, and was successful in administrative litigation regarding the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. She provides a wide range of advisory services relating to prominent domestic companies, even in the realm of compliance, which has recently been gaining attention from businesses. She completed coursework as a visiting scholar at China University of Political Science and Law, and currently also serves as a subcommittee member of the Mediation Council for Consignment and Trust Disputes at the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large & Small Business, Rural Affairs.
