Mr. Jong Sun CHOI is Head of Intellectual Property PG. His practice is primarily focused on Intellectual Property, Corporate, Criminal Defense Litigation, General Civil Disputes, and Blockchain.

Mr. Choi served as a judge of the Patent Court and as a member of the Subcommittee on Patent Law at the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

Mr. Choi served as a judge of the Intellectual Property Department of the Seoul District Court and the Patent Court. He also served as a member of the Subcommittee on Patent Law at the Korean Intellectual Property Office. He is currently a member of the Civil Mediation Committee at the Patent Court and an arbitrator of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board.

Mr. Choi advises and represents various corporations, including Posco International, National Health Insurance Corporation, Korea Gas Corporation, Kumho Tire, Seoul National University R&DB Foundation, NHN Commerce, SR, Union Korea Pharm Co., Ltd., and WoojungBIO Inc.
