Young-Joon Cho is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are offshore financing, acquisition financing, structured financing, aviation and maritime financing, project financing, issuance of overseas bonds, equity investments and corporate financing.

Young-Joon Cho is a financial law and financial transactions expert with over 30 years of practical experience in the financial sector. He has successfully advised on more than 1,500 offshore financial transactions involving domestic and local companies as borrowers across more than 25 jurisdictions, and possesses extensive capabilities across complex financial transactions including various forms of cross-border financing.

With diverse experience in financial regulations and international investment projects, including advisory services related to the U.S. BHC Act, FHC Act & Regulation Y, Cho has provided extensive counsel to policy financial institutions, commercial banks, securities firms, and foreign financial institutions.
