Yosuke Kanegae is particularly strong in cases involving international elements, cases involving advanced technologies such as blockchain and AI, and renewable energy and construction, cases requiring the handling of complex financial schemes, and business restructuring cases requiring negotiations with a large number of interested parties. In recent years, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, including the acquisition of the largest used car dealer, which fell into a financial crisis due to compliance issues, the out-of-court workout of a publicly traded company operating a wedding business that was unable to repay its COVID-19 loan, the restructuring of a project financing for a renewable energy business that went out of business due to rising fuel prices, a restructuring project for an auto parts manufacturer that was suffering from the development of electric vehicles, and the restructuring of a company operating a high-tech business using cloud computing and blockchain technology.
