Yoshodra Rampersaud is a Senior Partner at One Legal Caribbean and an active member of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice group across the firm’s offices in Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Her legal practice is focused primarily on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on company management, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, enforcement of collateral, regulated securities offerings, legal audits, business strategy formulation, and compliance matters. Yoshodra holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Guyana and earned her Legal Certificate of Education from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2012.
