Career
Adv. Yona Goshen-Gottstein is the Head of Banking and Finance Practice.
She has extensive experience in constructing complex transactions of all kinds, negotiating and drafting syndicated and other multi-party finance agreements and arrangements, structuring of and dealing with complex financial instruments, with singular expertise in derivatives and ISDA agreements, and advising credit card companies in complex and sensitive cooperation agreements. She is also heavily involved in the Fintech industry and in constructing innovative financial instruments for both financial and other sectors companies.
She represents some of the largest local and international banks, governmental entities, public and private corporations, and local and foreign investors. She also represents numerous businesses, corporations, and government entities before the Bank of Israel and the Israel Securities Authority.
Before joining the firm, Adv. Goshen-Gottstein served as the Chief Legal Counsel and Deputy CEO at FIBI, Head of Central Services Division, Chief Risk Officer and Deputy CEO at U-Bank Ltd, and also headed the legal department at the Bank of Jerusalem, playing an integral role in the establishment of the bank’s new commercial infrastructure.
