Adv. Yoav Hirsch is Head of Litigation Practice of the firm’s Jerusalem Branch.
Adv. Hirsh has over 30 years of experience in representing clients – mostly major businesses and financial entities – involved in complex commercial litigation before every type of court, as well as in arbitration and mediation forums. Adv. Hirsh himself functions as an arbitrator in business-corporate lawsuits, and also as a mediator, especially in class action lawsuits (dealing, among others, in pollution, consumerism and banking).
He represents banks, credit card companies, insurance companies, and automobile corporations as defendants in class action suits. He also possesses considerable experience in corporate law, specializing in tender disputes. He successfully represents entities from different sectors, including financial entities, real estate entrepreneurs and major automobile importers, with an exceptionally high success rate in class action suits.
