Adv. Before joining the firm, Adv. Guttman-Amira served for four years as the Director of the Corporate Finance Department at the Israel Securities Authority (“ISA”), overseeing traded companies’ compliance with the provisions of the Securities Law and regulations, and enforcing General Accepted Accounting Principles.
As part of her duties at the Israel Securities Authority (ISA), she was involved in the significant legislative processes implemented in the Companies Law (Amendments 16, 17, 18-19 and 20) and the Securities Law.
