Yazmin Yohana Aquino Barrueta

Ms. Aquino has a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho, with has diplomas in Environmental Law, Natural Resources, and in Corporate Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.

Before she joined the firm, Yohana worked at Banco de México, Cárdenas, Munive, Domínguez y Medal, and at S.C. law firm.

Her areas of expertise are: Credit Restructuring; Subnational Debt; Project Finance; Banking and Finance.

Among others, she participated in various asset securitizations, indebtedness and restructuring operations for states and municipalities in the country, administrative procedures for obtaining and/or modifying concessions in terms of infrastructure, the financing of the first Comprehensive- Sustainable-Urban Development in Mexico. She has also participated in municipal, state and federal public-private associations and environmental audits.
