holds a law degree (J.D. equivalent), graduated with highest honors from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City campus), and an LL.M. in International Business Law, awarded with Merit from King’s College London.

With more than a decade of experience contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing legal certainty in complex transactions, her practice has focused on project finance, infrastructure, credit restructurings, and subnational debt transactions. She has been involved in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of sophisticated investment structures, adopting a comprehensive approach.

She has participated in a variety of mergers and acquisitions, advising both buyers and sellers throughout all stages of the deal, including due diligence processes, negotiation, support and counseling through closing. Her experience includes assessing legal, contractual, and regulatory risks in highly sophisticated financing and investment transactions.

She has advised clients from both the public sector—at the federal and state levels—and the private sector, developing particular expertise in administrative law matters related to public procurement for the execution of public works and the provision of public services, as well as in the structuring and implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) schemes.
