Yaniv Dinovitch specialises in commercial dispute-resolution, with particular experience in domestic and international litigation, often involving complex cross-border issues. His practice covers a broad spectrum of industries, representing both Israeli and foreign clients, and includes litigation of a multi-jurisdictional nature.
Yaniv’s practice includes pre-litigation strategic advice, representation in court proceedings concerning commercial disputes related to, inter alia, corporate liability, breach of contract, termination of distribution and agency agreements, product liability, tortuous actions, insurance, enforcement, conflict of laws, foreign judgments and asset recovery. His area of specialization also concerns complex insolvency litigation. This often encompasses advising overseas law firms on substantive matters of Israeli law and civil procedure.
