In criminal litigation defense and representation, the main way of work is to meet, court defense and other ways, most of the clients are corporate executives, government officials; In the criminal compliance business, we conduct compliance investigations and issue legal opinions. Most of our clients are corporate clients, mainly in the fields of technology, energy, finance, etc. Most of them are well-known enterprises such as listed companies,large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.

In addition to long-term fighting in the front line of criminal defense and criminal proceedings, lawyer Yali Liang also actively fulfills the social responsibility of lawyers: For a long time, through the media platform, it has adhered to the publicity work of public welfare law, transmitted the voice of law, and spread the new concept of rule of law, and actively participated in the rule of law forums, legal lectures and professional training meetings organized by law societies, law schools, industry associations and other institutions, introduced and exchanged the practical experience of criminal defense to young legal professionals, and helped more young criminal legal talents in China grow rapidly.

During her tenure as director of the King&Capital Criminal Defense Research Center, Yali Liang spread the concept of rule of law with innovative thinking, improved the practice skills of criminal defense lawyers, and did her best for the inheritance of criminal defense business.
