Ximena is a senior associate at ALTA El Salvador. Her work is oriented to the area of ​​corporate and financial practice, providing clients with legal advice in areas such as corporate structure and organization, contract negotiations, both nationally and internationally, establishment of companies, and purchase and sale of companies.

She specializes in the area of ​​the financial sector with experience in legal advice related to financial products and investment funds. Also within her experience is her participation and execution in private equity transactions, including legal due diligence and contract review.
