Krissia is a partner at ALTA El Salvador, who has a corporate background and more than twenty years of experience in corporate legal advice to both national and international companies in conducting their businesses in El Salvador.

Advises on civil and commercial matters with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, regional legal schemes and structures and corporate governance of companies, real estate law, international contracts, project financing and energy projects. She has advised financing transactions exceeding $600 million.

She has led and coordinated legal teams in various jurisdictions and advised multinational companies, local and foreign entities in mergers and acquisitions transactions involving companies with operations in North, Central, and South America, including entities operating in retail, hotels, banking, finance, telecommunications, and industrial.

Likewise, she has advised multilateral financial organizations, as well as the Development Finance Agency of the Government of the United States of America (US International Development Finance Corporation) in the financing of energy projects in El Salvador, providing legal advice related to aspects corporate and regulatory.

Krissa has advised important business groups with operations in North, Central, South America and the Caribbean, in different aspects of their businesses with emphasis on commercial real estate, hotels, offices and residential, international franchise agreements for hotels and automobile distribution, regulatory matters and acquisition, sale of businesses and operations, project financing, energy, construction, banking and finance.
