Rizek Bichara

Rizek is a partner at ALTA El Salvador and advises both domestic and international clients with local and regional operations across El Salvador and Central America. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions transactions exceeding US$500 million.

He has also advised startups in raising more than US$25 million in capital, including companies that have become leaders in the on-demand delivery sector across Central America and pioneers in El Salvador’s proptech industry.

He has advised local and international banks on debt restructurings and syndicated lending transactions. He also advises domestic and international companies on corporate transactions and restructurings, representing both sellers and buyers.

Rizek has advised domestic and international companies with operations in El Salvador across a wide range of industries, including real estate, distribution, technology, energy, construction, services, food and beverage, proptech, and family offices, among others.
