Dr Wolfram Krohn is a Partner with Dentons in Berlin and co-head of the European Government and Public Procurement practice group. He focuses on regulation, public procurement and government contracts, export control and compliance. Wolfram has extensive experience in defense and security, transport and infrastructure, IT, health care and public private partnerships. Wolfram regularly advises clients on regulatory aspects of projects and transactions. He represents bidders and contracting entities in EU tender procedures and bid challenges in Germany and other European countries. He also has extensive experience in regulatory and commercial litigation.
