Advises investment firms, utilities, pipelines, transmission companies, and DR aggregators and marketers on M&A; electric/gas market structure, tariffs and rates; transmission/infrastructure investment; pipeline certification and LNG exports, and FERC enforcement investigations/audits. Provides expert testimony in litigation.
