Marc Norman's practice involves project development and finance transaction advisory, regulatory and public policy advisory, and corporate governance and compliance advisory. With a strong focus on the energy and infrastructure sector, Marc has particular expertise in the power (conventional and renewable), water, waste, and oil and gas sectors. Marc is currently advising on Dubai's first waste-to-energy PPP project -- which will be the largest waste-to-energy project in the world, once completed. Marc also advised on the Middle East's first "corporate PPA" transaction to be financed on an IPP basis, and regularly advises on corporate renewable energy procurement transactions in the region and further afield.
