He has handled over 50 arbitration matters across the globe, as well as groundbreaking litigation matters in enforcement, jurisdiction, and interim relief. Will focuses his practice on complex commercial and investment arbitrations, including some of the most complex, multilayered disputes. He regularly represents clients on every continent in arbitration matters under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, LMAA, ICSID, LAMC, and UNCITRAL, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. With his broad range of experience spanning more than 15 years, clients trust Will to help them navigate high-stakes and high-value disputes. He routinely acts in disputes with more than $1 billion in value.

Will has represented companies across industries such as oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, mining, and energy. In particular, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in disputes between joint venture partners and in arbitration claims stemming from M&A deals. Will also has significant experience acting as an advocate before the English and DIFC courts in arbitration-related matters.
